Roasted Brussels Sprouts
A great way to Eat Your Brussel Sprouts! It seems like either you love brussels sprouts or you hate them. My husband happens to love them. This quick and easy recipe is a great way to bring brussels sprouts to your table.
12-15 fresh brussels sprouts, sliced and quartered (cut the ends off)
2 Tbs. of light olive oil
1 teaspoon of red wine vinegar
2 slices of raw bacon, diced or chopped
Salt and Pepper

I don't know who originated this recipe, but whoever you are.....bless you. My stepdaughter, Lexi, shared this recipe with me, after she'd tasted these little sandwiches at a gathering with friends. Since then, I've seen other versions online. Personally, I think these are great for Game Day celebrations. Sweet & Naughty Palmer
Although it's September, it is still hot and here's the perfect cocktail to enjoy during these last days of summer. This recipe is inspired by a yummy concoction I enjoyed at a local restaurant. I set out to make a version of my own. Like any good southerner, it's a little sweet, a little naughty and 100% fabulous.
